 Aphore Cyber Careers Program is a comprehensive cybersecurity training initiative that provides structured courses, hands-on experience, personalised mentorship, and career guidance. Our mission is to fast-track your transition into a rewarding cybersecurity career.


 No, Aphore Cyber Careers Program is more than a bootcamp. We provide an all-encompassing program that includes training, mentorship, real-world experience, personal branding, and a complete job hunt strategy to ensure your successful entry into the cybersecurity industry.


 Our intensive training program spans nine months, equipping you with all the necessary skills to enter the cybersecurity workforce.


 Absolutely! While many of our students have IT experience, we have successfully trained numerous individuals from non-technical backgrounds. We focus on your potential, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn, ensuring that you gain the skills needed to thrive in cybersecurity.


 Yes! The Aphore Cyber Careers Program offers a flexible, virtual learning environment designed to meet the diverse needs of our students, allowing you to complete the program from anywhere in the world.


The full cost of the course is $13,000 AUD. However, we offer the following discounts for early enrollees:

  • Immediate Sign-Up After Webinar: $8,000 (Paid in full)
  • Enrolment Within First Week After Webinar: $10,000 (Paid in full)
  • Payment Plan: If you enrol within the first 7 days after the webinar, we offer a payment plan of $1,000 per month for 12 months.


While we cannot guarantee employment, we provide extensive job search assistance, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and access to our hiring network. Many of our graduates secure cybersecurity roles within six months of completing the program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APHORE TRAINING

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

  

1 | DEFINITIONS

1.1 | The definitions in this clause apply in the Terms and Conditions set out in this document:

  • "Consumer" means an individual acting outside the course of business.
  • "Course" means  any course, unit, or units of learning you purchase from us.
  • "Course Fees" means the amount payable by you for the Service.
  • "Course  Materials" means all material provided by us and/or our service providers to you following your enrolment, including but not limited to online learning material (including login passwords), mentoring, and tutoring resources.
  • "Course Provider" refers to one of our service provider companies that provide Aphore Training Course Materials.
  • "Course Rules" means and shall include any rules, regulations, standards, policies, codes, charters, and guidelines prescribed by us and our service providers as in force from time to time.
  • "Credit Agreement" means a loan contract arranged with our Third Party Finance Providers.
  • "Aphore  Training" refers to Aphore Pty Ltd, ABN 81 636 564 193, Trading as Aphore Training.
  • "Aphore  Training Website" means https://www.aphore.com/
  • "Enrolment Date" means the date on which you first log in      to our Online Learning Platform.
  • "Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trademarks, business names and domain      names, rights in get up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights in designs, database rights, rights to use, and protect the      confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how), and all      other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered.
  • "Learning Pathway" is a personal development plan specific to an individual’s requirements, mapping out the educational steps required to meet specific career goals.
  • "Online Learning System" means an internet-based system hosted by Aphore Training or any of its service providers for the delivery and management of the Course. It may include online learning material, mentoring, tutoring, and assessments.
  • "Order" means an offer by you to purchase Services in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Service" means the provision of the Course by us or any of our service providers to you.
  • "Student" means a single user of any of the Online Learning Systems, identified by a      unique username and protected by a user-defined password.
  • "Terminate" means in respect of the subject matter where it is referred to, to      foreclose a Credit Agreement and demand full payment of all amounts due      under it.
  • "Terms" means the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
  • "Third      Party Finance Provider" means one of our finance partners. Our      finance providers are subject to change without notice.

  

1.2 | References to “we”, “us”, and “our” are references to Aphore Training.

1.3 | References to “you”, “your”, or “yourself” are references to a person or firm who purchases a Service from Aphore Training.

1.4 | A reference to a clause is to a clause of these Terms.

  

2 | BASIS OF SALE

2.1 | These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us for the supply of the Service. Please check that the details in these Terms and your Order are complete and accurate before committing to the program. If you believe there is a mistake, ask us to confirm any changes in writing, as we only accept responsibility for statements and representations made in writing by our authorised employees and agents.

2.2 | You acknowledge in agreeing to these Terms that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance, or warranty made or given on behalf of Aphore Training that is not set out in this document.

2.3 | The Order constitutes an offer by you to purchase Services in accordance with these Terms.

2.4 | We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to any privacy policy in place and the Terms in force at the time you order the Service from us, unless changes are required by law or regulatory authority.

2.5 | You confirm that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary skills and experience required to enrol in a specific Course and that you will comply with the Course Rules.

  

3 | ENROLMENT

3.1 | Your Enrolment Date is the date you first log in to our Online Learning System.

3.2 | Your enrolment will be limited to a period of 12 months.

3.3 | Extensions to your enrolment may be considered where a request is made in writing at least 14 days before your enrolment end date.

3.4 | You confirm that you understand any prerequisite skills or experience applicable to your proposed Course and examination. You acknowledge that continued participation in a Course is subject to compliance with the Course Rules.

  

4 | CONSUMER RIGHTS

4.1 | These Terms relate to a fixed-term licence commitment and do not relate to a subscription service. Except where stated below, enrolment cannot be cancelled.

4.2 | You may terminate your enrolment within 7 days from your Enrolment Date. Beyond this period, enrolment cannot be cancelled.

4.3 | Refund requests within the 7-day cooling-off period are subject to a $500 administration fee.

4.4 | To cancel your enrolment, you must inform us in writing via email at training@aphore.com.

4.5 | Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.

  

5 | DELIVERY OF COURSE MATERIALS

5.1 | We aim to provide login details within 5 business days of the Onboarding Date.

5.2 | We shall endeavour to meet agreed performance dates, but these dates are estimates only.

5.3 | We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the Service to comply with applicable laws or improve the quality of the Service.

  

6 | YOUR OBLIGATIONS

6.1 | You shall:

6.1.1 | Ensure the terms of the Order are accurate.

6.1.2 | Cooperate with us in all matters relating to the Service.

6.1.3 | Provide accurate information as requested to facilitate the provision of the Service.

6.2 | Failure to comply may result in suspension of Service or additional costs.

  

7 | STUDENTS WITH DISABILITY

Aphore Training cannot supply equipment, computers, aids, or software for a Student with a disability. However, we will endeavour to provide any information required for examination bookings and special requirements.

  

8 | COURSE MATERIALS

8.1 | While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of Course Materials, we do not guarantee they will be error-free.

8.2 | Due to the rapidly evolving nature of information technology, Course Materials may become outdated or incorrect at any time.

8.3 | Refunds will not be provided based on the accuracy or currency of Course Materials.

8.4 | If errors are identified in Course Materials, we aim to rectify them within 45 business days of notification.

8.5 | We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure uninterrupted access to the Online Learning System. Exceptions include:

  • Scheduled      maintenance by us or a Course Provider.
  • Events      outside our control.

8.6 | We are not liable for access issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as your internet connection, use of third-party security software, or your ISP's performance.

8.7 | If you experience issues, contact us at training@aphore.com or 1300 041 042. We will attempt to resolve problems within a reasonable timeframe.

8.8 | Updates or modifications to the Service may occur to comply with laws or improve the Service. Changes will not impact the quality of the Service.

8.9 | Students are granted a licence to course materials relevant to their learning pathway. If additional content interests you, contact your Career Consultant for legal access.

  

9 | COURSE FEES AND ENROLMENT

9.1 | Course Fees are set out in our quotation or price list at the time of order. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.

9.2 | Course Fees include GST where applicable.

9.3 | In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to charge the correct amount if the error was obvious.

9.4 | Payment must be made in advance via credit or debit card, bank transfer, or through Third Party Finance Providers. Accepted cards include Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express.

9.5 | Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to Course Materials.

9.6 | Refunds for unused courses or exam fees will not be available after the 7-day cooling-off period.

  

10 | CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION

10.1 | Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding invoices immediately.

10.2 | Rights, remedies, and obligations existing at termination shall survive.

10.3 | Clauses intended to survive termination shall remain in full force.

  

11 | COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 | All Intellectual Property Rights in Course Materials are owned by Aphore Training.

11.2 | Course Materials are for personal learning purposes only and may not be published, copied, or distributed beyond the allowances in these Terms.

  

12 | TRANSFERRING THE COURSE TO SOMEONE ELSE

12.1 | If you purchase the Course as a Consumer, your Enrolment in a Course is personal to you and you may not transfer the Course to any other person.

12.2 | If you purchase a Course on behalf of your company, we may transfer Enrolments to other individuals within your company upon request.

12.3 | We may assign or delegate our obligations to a third party where necessary.

  

13 | EXAM VOUCHERS AND CONDITIONS

13.1 | Exam vouchers are included for specific certifications in your Course package. These are limited to one voucher per certification.

13.2 | Retakes require purchase of additional vouchers at your own cost.

13.3 | Exam vouchers must be used within 12 months of the Enrolment Date.

13.4 | Completion of preparatory requirements is mandatory before scheduling exams.

  

14 | CREDIT AGREEMENTS

14.1 | Payment plans arranged with Third Party Finance Providers are separate agreements. It is your responsibility to comply with their terms.

14.2 | Defaults on payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

  

15 | LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.1 | Our liability is limited to the value of the Course Fees paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15.2 | This clause does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  

16 | GOVERNING LAW

16.1 | These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria Australia courts.
