Say: ‘Completing ResponseReady will increase your CARR score by providing evidence of incident response testing and readiness in the Respond domain.’
Connect the score to the work: the practice participates in a response exercise, records decisions, identifies lessons and receives an outcome report and completion certificate. These records support the evidence of response capability.
Refer questions about the exact points increase or when an existing CARR report will be updated to the Aphore CARR team.
Completion requires active participation for the full 90-minute session, the practice workbook submitted within two business days and the required principal or authorised decision-maker attestation.
Once the requirements are met and the workbook accepted, the practice receives an outcome report and an organisational Certificate of Completion. Together with the workbook, these provide evidence of response testing and identify actions to strengthen maturity.
The certificate is issued to the practice. One authorised attendee can meet the practice’s completion requirements. Individual accreditation, CPD hours and CARR certification are separate from this completion certificate.
No. The session will not be recorded and no replay will be provided. It is a live, interactive exercise in which each practice applies the scenario to its own clients, operations, size, activities and applicable regulatory obligations.
